In order to achieve marketing success, we provide a two-phased plan to your sales process: an exploratory phase and an implementation phase.

The exploratory phase is a study of the customer, their current operational situation, the problems they encounter that you may be able to solve, budgetary constraints, upper management opinions and attitudes, and our recommendation on what we think it would take to sell your products. This phase can save you a tremendous amount of time and money by identifying exactly what you’re up against for a specific product and exactly what you will need to close the deal. After this study, you may find that such a deal can easily and quickly be made and move on to the Implementation phase or you may find that there are obstacles to be overcome and closing the deal may require some strategic adjustments. In either case, you are now armed with the knowledge to get it done.

The implementation phase is the active marketing of the product, including targeting specific decision makers with follow-up efforts, lobbying the appropriate government agencies for funding and decisions, and actively developing customer knowledge of (and desire for) the product and its benefits at all levels of the customer’s organization. Using the information and experience gleaned from the exploratory phase, this implementation will enable you to quickly close the deal and get the sale.
